How can I create an account?

You can create your account on www.producerbundle.com/my-account

Connect my account with my social account

If you want to register or connect your existing account with your social media account – for example: Google, Facebook, Twitter etc.

Go to www.producerbundle.com/my-account and register on Producer Bundle with one of the displayed social services.

If you already registered on Producer Bundle go to www.producerbundle.com/my-account and click on “Account details”. Scroll down and connect your account in the “Social Login Accounts” section.

You can connect your Producer Bundle account with several social services.

You can unlink your social media accounts anytime!

How can I join as a seller?

If you do not have an account on our site, you can join directly as a seller on www.producerbundle.com/my-account, apply to become a vendor.

If you are already a registered user, you can apply to become a vendor on www.producerbundle.com/dashboard

Where is my seller dashboard?

The seller dashboard is available on www.producerbundle.com/dashboard

I am a seller, how do I upload my product?

Please visit your seller dashboard on www.producerbundle.com/dashboard

There are different options, one of them is a option to create or edit products.

How do I get paid out?

We offer scheduled payments/payouts. The sales earnings will be paid out every 3 months (quarterly) via PayPal.

If joined the affiliate program, you will get paid out once a month by us.

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer PayPal, Stripe, Credit Card and Debit Card.

How can I download my purchased products?

You will receive an order confirmation to your provided email address. The order confirmation includes the download link for your purchased product(s).

If you are a registered user on Producer Bundle, you also can download your products in your dashboard on www.producerbundle.com/my-account

How can I download free products?

Producer Bundle offers free downloads too. We believe that if you take – you must also give! That’s why you can download our free products easily with a “like” or “share” via Facebook, Twitter or Google+.

You can also put the free downloadable item into your shopping cart and place the order through our checkout (for example if you do not have a social media account).

My product is a zip or RAR file, how do I open it?

First of all. Our products will be delivered in a zip or RAR archive, to compress the file size.

You can open a zip archive with Windows, Mac and Linux without third-party programs. To open RAR archives, you may download a third party tool.

I cant open the archive – errors / corrupt file

There can be different reasons why you get an error when you try to open an archive.

In almost all cases it is because the customer (you) use an outdated/old version or even no archive tool at all. Please make sure you have the latest version of 7Zip, WinRar or Keka.
